These are the terms for playing Soggy Boats at www.soggy.boats. They are short on purpose.

Free and as is

Soggy Boats is free to play. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

The source code is released under the MIT license, except the trademarks and artwork noted in the README, which that license does not cover.

Anyone can play as a guest. Signing in with email or Google is for players 13 and over.
Pick a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.
Do not cheat or tamper with scores.
The maintainer may remove names, scores or accounts that break these rules.

The game may change or stop at any time.
